A very needed end to a very long week-the prickly pear margarita.

My friend told me to give recipes, so here goes (I’m usually not so good at giving recipes because I tend not to measure much).

1 1/2 shots tequila (Tres Amigos, agave from Mexico, produce in AZ)

4 juiced prickly pears

1/2 juice of a lemon (would be better with lime perhaps)

1Tbs Agave syrup

Ice, mix.
